Q: Where is your factory location?Can I visit there?
A: Factory in Shanghai are located Jiading District,which has 30 minutes driving fromShanghai Hongqiao airport. ; Factroy in Nantong are located next to Tongzhou Airport,It's really our honor to show factory to you .In a word ,anytime is welcomed.
Q: How about the shipping cost?
A: If goods is not large, we can send goods to you via counier, such as FEDEX, DHL,TNT etc. If goods is large, we will send to you via sea, we can quote the price to you,then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
Q: What is lead time of samples or cargo?
A: samples are not customized will be shipping in 2-5days .customized samples for 7daysCargo usually (quantity whthin 3000 pairs) within 35days .
