Raw Material Control
We select premium cut-resistant HPPE, spandex, steel wire and tungsten fiber yarns. Glove liner materials can be customized per client requirements. For coatings, we offer abrasion-resistant anti-slip nitrile latex, natural latex, PVC and PU coating solutions, with customizable coating colors. Custom-designed TPR impact protection pads are also available. All incoming raw materials come with material test reports. Recycled and inferior auxiliary materials are rejected entirely, securing fundamental performance in cut resistance, impact protection and abrasion resistance from the source.
Standardized Production Procedures
Full closed-loop production workflow:
Mould development → Knitting → Coating dipping → Overlocking & label stitching → TPR impact pad forming → Assembly stitching → In-line inspection → Sample testing → Mass production → Packaging → Bulk sample confirmation with clients → Shipment → Logistics tracking with estimated arrival updates → Post-delivery follow-up on product usage and long-term customer support.
Workstation self-inspection is implemented at every process. We closely control stitch density, bonding strength and pad adhesion to eliminate defects such as delamination, loose stitching, dimensional deviation and color inconsistency.
Laboratory Performance Testing
Finished goods undergo batch sampling tests covering cut resistance, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and tear resistance. Our gloves satisfy CE / EN388 / EN374 / EN455, ANSI and AS/NZS standards, plus special certification requirements specified by buyers. All test data is archived, and test certificates can be issued under customers' company names upon request to guarantee stable protective performance.
sample Confirmation Protocol
Custom samples are developed according to your specifications before mass production. After sample completion, we conduct tests covering material composition, appearance, sizing and protective performance. Mass production commences only upon your written sample approval to avoid bulk discrepancies.
Standardized Mass Production
Production runs on standardized assembly lines with full batch record keeping. Random mid-production sampling is carried out continuously to monitor consistency. Uniform hand feel, protection performance and appearance are guaranteed within each batch to fulfill large overseas orders steadily.
Graded Finished Goods Packaging
All finished gloves pass manual final inspection to remove defective items. We provide individual OPP bag packaging or inner box packing as requested. Export cartons are reinforced for moisture resistance with clear labels marking model, specifications and quantity to prevent friction damage during transit.
Packaging Shipment & Delivery
We source cost-effective and convenient shipping solutions for clients. Packing lists are verified before loading, and we coordinate with freight forwarders for container stuffing. We track shipment status throughout transit and provide packing lists, bills of lading and other documents post shipment to ensure timely and intact delivery.
Post-Arrival Customer Support
We notify customers of estimated cargo arrival times, confirm successful receipt, collect feedback on glove performance and maintain continuous long-term communication.
